Former Candidate Allan Rhodes Endorses Paul Sanford for State Senate

He has pledged his support for Paul Sanford and hopes you will join him in helping Paul win the Senate seat for a conservative Republican. Allan plans to continue to use technology tools like this website and his video forums to help keep the people of Alabama informed on issues and the dealings in Montgomery."

Paul Sanford issued this statement Friday afternoon:

"It is a great honor to have the support of a fellow conservative like Allan Rhodes. We campaigned side-by-side during the last few months, and getting to know him has been a joy. Both Allan and I stand for the same values of limited government, increased accountability and fiscal responsibility, among other issues. I personally want to welcome to the team those who supported Allan in the Primary."

Paul Sanford, a Huntsville restaurant owner and candidate for the Alabama Senate in District 7, will be in the runoff election to be held on Tuesday, April 21st. In the primary election, Mr. Sanford received 23 percent of the vote and will face personal friend Sam Givhan, who received 29 percent of the vote. The winner of the April Republican runoff will face Democrat Laura Hall in the June 9th special general election.
