Statement on the Inauguration of President Barack Obama

"The Inauguration of President Barak Obama signifies the dawn of a new era in American politics. Whether or not we supported him in the last election, he has been entrusted by a majority of the people to lead in a time of national crisis to address grave economic issues at home and eradicate terrorist breeding grounds abroad. I will pray for President Obama's success, for failure is no option if we are to solve the serious problems confronting our nation. In Mr. Obama's words, 'we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America.' May he succeed for the sake of all of us."
